Refund & Replacement Policy

At URBNX, we maintain strict quality checks. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

2. Replacement Policy (Damaged Products Only)

Replacement is only applicable if:

  • The product is torn or damaged at the time of delivery

Mandatory Conditions:

  • Customer must record a clear unboxing video

Video must show:

  • Sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Visible damage

Without unboxing video, replacement will NOT be approved.

3. Replacement Approval Process

  • Customer must report issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Our team will review the video
  • Replacement will be approved only after verification

4. Size Exchange Policy

We allow size exchange under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags

Important: Customer must pay additional shipping charges for size exchange.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or exchange will NOT be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Request is made after allowed time
  • Product is used or damaged by customer
  • Minor color variation (due to screen differences)

6. Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds
  • Only replacement or size exchange is available as per above conditions
